A minor motorcycle accident last Wednesday, February 7, left an injured victim lying on the ground after the impact sent him flying on the road at General Santos City. Based on what we’ve gathered from a news report, the victim was identified as Fernan Majola, a middle-aged man who suffered minor injuries from the accident.

According to the report, Majola was on his way home when he hit a car in front of him. The sudden impact caused the victim to be hurled towards the ground, suffering from a momentary loss of consciousness from the blow. Although he suffered no extensive injuries, it is evident that Majola needed immediate medical care.

Fortunately for him, a medical practitioner was currently in the vicinity when the motorcycle accident occurred. A man named Ladron Mahilum Ellaga was one of the witnesses on the scene and he also noticed the arrival of a female doctor who was passing through the area.

According to Ellaga’s post, the female doctor who helped the injured victim was identified as Dr. Marisse Layson, a young practitioner who finished her degree in medicine at Cebu Institute of Medicine. After immediately noticing the injured victim, Dr. Layson did not think twice to offer a hand.

“Bilib lang ako kay doktora kasi hindi sya nagdalawang isip na tulungan yung na aksidente. Nag assist din yung papa ko, after 3-5minutes dumating yung ambulance.”

On the photo, the unconscious victim was seen lying on the middle of the pavement while the female doctor was attending to him. After giving him first aid, Majola was immediately taken to a nearby hospital.
