Willie Revillame, ipinasilip ang kanyang bahay sa Tagaytay!

Aah, Tagaytay. Some people in the metro troop to this place for two reasons: to avoid the sweltering summer heart or to have a hearty bowl of bulalo. And for seasoned TV host Willie Revillame, he loved the place so much that he snagged, not one, but three lots in an exclusive subdivision called Tagaytay Midlands. To keep track of his real estate properties in the upscale location, he called it “House Number 3” because it’s the third lot he bought.

According to entertainment website PEP, Willie, or Kuya Wil to his avid fans, built a two-story, Modern Asia-style home on the 800 sq. m lot. As a matter of fact, the minimum lot size in the subdivision is 750 sq. m. and costs as much as Php30 million per lot. For the guy who amassed significant wealth from hosting variety shows, releasing novelty songs, and acting in films, such amount was just peanuts to Willie.

Because of House No. 3’s luxuriousness, it was featured once in an issue of a showbiz magazine. Here’s a sneak peek of Kuya Wil’s resort-like villa in Tagaytay.

The façade already looked like a high-end clubhouse with its landscaped frontage and tropical-inspired structures.

Once inside, guests are welcomed into the living room. On the left wing of the house is the dining room and kitchen. It’s hard to miss the 22-seater banquet table in wood as it stretched from both ends of the room. Aside from the globe lights fixture, Willie also installed a Bang & Olufsen flat TV to entertain guests.

The kitchen may be small but it’s packed with expensive necessities, such as an Elba range hood, a five-burner cooking range, and a microwave oven for quick heating.

On the first floor of the right wing, the master bedroom is Willie’s private enclave overlooking the pool and courtyard. Done in neutral colors, his room was fitted with the following expensive entertainment system: Bang & Olufsen flat-screen TV with built-in speakers and Bose surround sound speakers.

True to its villa theme, Willie’s house has an outdoor swimming area – complete with infinity-like pool and chic reclining chairs for the bathers.

Fret not, there are separate shower areas for men and women in the basement.

The place has an entertainment room equipped with padded walls and ceilings and wall-to-wall carpeting, perfect for those karaoke sessions with friends.

There’s even a mini bar inside the entertainment room, ideal for mixing drinks and prepping snacks during the gathering.

According to the house’s caretaker, Willie always had the final say on the furniture and fixtures to be placed inside the home. Moreover, he reportedly worked with several architects just to maintain the gardens and courtyard around his property.
