Isang OFW, nagwala sa Studio ng programa ni Raffy Tulfo matapos makaharap ang Syrian na nagloko sa kanya.

Usually, it is Filipinos who air out their complaints to Raffy Tulfo but on Jan. 18, 2018, the radio program shared a case where a Syrian national approached the broadcaster for help.

The particular video was uploaded to his official Facebook page “Raffy Tulfo in Action,” where it has reached 337,000 views, 16,000 likes and reactions, and around 8,743 shares as of this writing.

The complainant was identified as Ghaith Nakchabandi, who approached the broadcaster since according to him, he was constantly being “harassed” by his Filipina ex-girlfriend.

Tulfo prompted him to speak, in which the Syrian national said, “Stop harassing me, anong gusto nila because in the way, we came together. Close. Anyway, I am a man and I made a mistake because I have my lovely girlfriend.”

He gestured to a female beside him, who was identified as Merissa Jabanes.

Raffy Tulfo called the Syrian’s ex-girlfriend on the line, May Pliquet. He briefed her that Nakchabandi was on the program to air his grievances about her.

However, when Pliquet opened her mouth to talk, she immediately ranted against the Syrian national.

“Wala po akong kasalanan, sir! Sobrang mangg*g*go siya sa’kin… linoko niya ako, tinaya ko buhay ko, reputasyon ko pinag… g*nag* niya ako sa recruitment…!” she wailed.

The broadcaster asked her how Nakchabandi fooled her. The woman answered that the Syrian used her to look for applicants, even in Marawi. “Ginagamit niya ako Sir Raffy, sila pa may gana pumunta diyan!” she lamented.

Tulfo clarified their situation through his own words and stated, “Dati niyong boyfriend si Ghaith? Tapos akala mo kayo, banda huli, ginamit ka lang pala para makipag-girlfriend siya dito kay Merissa?”

The female overseas Filipina worker confirmed this and said that she’s not the only one. According to her, Nakchabandi was also involved with a certain “Joy.”

She added that he also calls her (Pliquet) a prostitute. “Paano ako naging prostitute eh OFW ako sa Saudi Arabia at Qatar, hindi ako pinulot sa kung saan-saan! Animal siya!”

Raffy Tulfo gestured to Jabanes and asked her if she understood what Pliquet said. After a few seconds, Pliquet exclaimed that she’s on her way to visit the broadcaster.
