Alden Richards, a Filipino actor, host, model and recording artist. He is best known as the other half of the AlDub love team opposite Maine Mendoza. They regularly appear in the Kalyeserye segment of Eat Bulaga! and had starred in their first Teleserye Destined to Be Yours. He is also known for his role as Lakan in the reboot series of Encantadia.

After years of hard work and perseverance, Alden Richards has established a mansion that he and his family can proudly call their own. The two-storey home of the actor is found in an exclusive village in Laguna and its worth P5M.

The two-storey home features a modern look—with bright, open, and clean areas. Built by its original owner, the house sits on a combined lot, with Alden opting for a renovation project to update the space and make it his own.

Alden worked with an architect and an interior designer to make a few adjustments and after a 10-month renovation period, Alden admits that the house can still be improved.

Many got to see the interiors of his home and felt the “good vibes” due to Alden’s down to earth behavior. Many were especially touched by the actor’s gesture of giving his elderly grandparents a room in his house.

For now, Alden is relishing the joy of having his own place and the fact that his grandparents can sleep soundly in their own room.
