Aiai delas Alas is now officially a missus after being wed to non-showbiz partner Gerald Sibayan yesterday. Held at Christ the King in Green Meadows, Quezon City, the union was a perfect day for the “Hay, Bahay!” lead, her kids Sancho and Sophia were present to witness the wedding.
The son and daughter were nothing but happy for their mom. Prior to the tying of the knot, Sophia uploaded a photo of the three on her Instagram account, wherein Aiai couldn’t hide her elation. The caption reads:
“We love you unconditionally ❤ #YouandAIToGEtherFOREVER”
The proud daughter also took to social media with her message to her mom as she became Mrs. Sibayan.
“Alden and them were making fun of me cause I cried a lot when I saw you walk that aisle. But look at you mom, you look so beautiful. Words can’t describe how happy I am that you finally got your happy ending #YouandAIToGEtherFOREVER.”
Aside from this, however, a genuine moment was shared between the actress and Sancho as the Philippine Comedy Queen walked down the aisle. Thanks to Kapuso star Jerald Napoles, the tear-jerking video has made its rounds online.
In the said clip, Sancho was not able to hold back his tears after seeing his mom making her way to the altar. The lovely bit before the son gave his mother’s hand to Gerald moved many netizens. The post has garnered almost 68,000 views as of writing.

Three years ago Aiai made her romantic relationship with the 23-year-old then-boyfriend public. Regardless of the huge age gap, the two have been successful with their romance. Gerald popped the big question to the Comedy Queen in April this year.
