The actress described the birth of her baby as the best birthday gift ever, despite giving birth a little earlier than she originally expected. The couple’s family, friends, and fans rejoiced upon hearing Pauleen’s safe delivery. They congratulated both her and husband Vic Sotto for their wonderful blessing.
Pauleen is now at the real start of her journey as a mother. Admittedly a newbie at the parenting game, the actress is, of course, adjusting to her new role. But sometimes, even if she is a new mommy, it doesn’t mean that she’s totally clueless about rearing a child.

Though developing her own way of raising Baby Tali, the actress knew that she would earn online criticism from mothers all over the country. Some might have good intentions behind their criticisms but there are also those whose sole purpose is to bash her.
So when Pauleen posted a picture of Baby Tali drinking her breastmilk from a bottle, the new mom immediately provided an informative caption explaining the situation. By doing this, Pauleen avoided a possible social media disaster before it even started.
Her caption read:
“For those asking, that’s breastmilk inside the bottle. We also latch for breastfeeding. ALSO, the n*pple is not too big for her because that’s the smallest size. Okay na?“

Despite the caption, some still found it necessary to ask questions. One netizen asked Pauleen if her child wasn’t breastfed and another one tried to point out the size of the feeding bottle even if the explanation was already in the caption. They did say that all their questions were out of worry but Pauleen assured them that everything was under control.

Other showbiz mothers applauded and showed support for Pauleen namely Mariel Rodriguez-Padilla, Kaye Abad, and Iya Villania. Mariel said that if ever Pauleen needed someone to talk to about breastfeeding, she was there. Kaye was the one to point out that Pauleen went ahead and shut down the issue before bashers could even say anything.
