The recent Bench fashion show, dubbed as “Under the Stars,” brought enough heat in the Mall of Asia Arena last November 18. The event was so sizzling that it also managed to blaze through social media. Prominent stars during the said event included Solenn Heussaff, Kathryn Bernardo, Julia Barretto, and Daniel Padilla. Celebrity interactions, despite network differences, also fed fan’s desires to see their idols during the event.
When the show was over, the celebrities extended their greetings on stage to one another.
As celebrities greeting each other made the people happy, fans noticed that Gabbi Garcia was allegedly ignoring Maine Mendoza. This incident has drawn lots of hateful comments from Maine Mendoza’s fans.

On the other hand, Gabbi Garcia was standing behind Maine, a.k.a. YayaDub.

Maine saw Gabbi and appeared as though she was about to reach out to her, yet it looked like the young actress didn’t notice the former.

Despite the speculations, Maine spoke up to defend Gabbi from the all hate that she is receiving. The “Phenomenal Star” clarified that Gabbi did not intend to ignore her. She was also sweet enough to remind people that Gabbi is a nice person. She wrote on Twitter:
“Hi guys, please do not bash Gabbi. Clearly, hindi lang niya napansin kaya sana wag nagawan ng issue. She is actually a nice person! Ang totoo niyan, siya pa nga yung palaging lumalapit at bumabati sa akin.”

Though Gabbi was not tagged in the tweet, she took notice of it and thanked Maine for her kind gesture.
“Thank you, Maine. I appreciate this so much”, she tweeted.
